More Secret Revealed
I don't know about you but I am very excited about some of the talents skills in the list below. I know some of them probably will get chopped but lets just hope they don't. Druid is going to be awsome. I am thinking about trying out Druid Tree form tanking since we might get the imp Tree Form talent. It gives a max of 360% increse in armor, and since most of our heals are instant, we won't be worry about not be able to cast healing spells to grab aggro. This is going to be freaking awsome. The other thing that attracts me is the Warrior talent that making them be able to use 2H weaspon in 1H, it is going to interesting to see what kind itemization coming out of this talent for warrior and finally fury Warrior can be a lot more different from Rogues. What is becoming interesting about mage is the Fire Tree's 51 point talent, you won't be able to see it here but you can find it out in the mage talent builder link. The talent is called Living Bomb. What it does is when mage activate this spell, it will hurt anybody for 396 every 3 seconds for 15 seconds and then another 3926 at the end of the tick. Range? 30 yards. I could see the Druid/Mage Self destrution squard running all over AV killing people on sight. It would be fun to play lol like the old Mage/Priest Arcane Explosion and Holy Nova combo. Why Druid/Mage you say? Because Druid is getting an instant AOE heal you dummy. One last thing I want to mention is the Overpowerness of the stupid class called Warlock, look at their possible new spells. Please don't not link this forum other than our own because WOWInsider got email from Blizzard and if you guys can't access the wotlk wiki that means they got the e-mail as well. I do not want to have my account cancel and banned. These information are not official, they are believed to be leaked information but I don't know that. Seems legit and acurate. When you see some of the spells/skills with {number/letter combo} in it, it might be because this is the source code of the tooltip and there is no data to feed it so you see the raw code, but it's just my guess. So enjoy while you can and I'll try to find out more.

A Thought
A thought.
This week's big news in the World of Warcraft community is the disbanding of the Death and Taxes. I have no attachment with them but I feel sad. They were the best on US servers yet they are just like the Water Thunder Fire and the Zephyrus, slowly disappearing under the dust of our memories. Why did they called it? What I heard is that people first want instant success, then when thing didn't go their way, they just gave up, disappeared. That leads to mass recruitment which leads to poor performance overall. And finally, it just stopped working.
I am sure this happens to a lot of guild on every server from both sides. We are having similar problems ourselves and if not deal properly, we'll be in big trouble as well. I think we can over come this like we always do but is this the only problem?
Blizzard is in trouble, that's the other huge problem. That is the fundamental problem for guild to break up. They did it before BC came out, they gonna do it again when WOTLK comes out. The game is become user friendly by the expansion because Blizzard want to appease the causal gamers too much. As a fanboi like myself, I don't have that many time to play, but I play whenever I can and I will continue paying for my account even if I won't be able to play for a long time. Also look at the raid designs in BC, the SSC is the only raid instance that featured 8 bosses and that was the minimum boss number in the old world. Naxx has 15 bosses. Sunwell plateau is the only raid instance that has the same design level like the old world's but we only got 6 bosses and what delaying people from beat the crap out of Kil'Jaeden is a locked door that we need to grind on to open. What the fuck is this. I know we, the Departed probably will not be able to experience it for a long time or maybe it will be like Naxx and AQ40 that we will never do it but we still likes to hear tales from the guilds that were able to do it. The BC had a lot of good designs, but the hardcoreness is almost zero. Look at BT, Illidan suppose to be a very important character in the lore, but BT is such a push over raid instance that people have it on farm in a very short time. The upcoming 10/25 man raid instance model is even worse, I think they should bring back the 40 men system for the hardcore players. The other thing about the game's future is to strengthen the guild system. The guild has a lot of to do with this game's popularity, without guild, this game won't be as successful as it is now. I always thought that it would be nice for Blizzard to introduce some kind of guild alliance king system. This is a MMO, people want to play this game with other people, and a lot of them at the same time. Have some real hard ass world raiding bosses that requires 100 people to do or stuff like that would be real fun imo.
Alright, enough of my bitchingness. I just want to let you know that I added a twitter thing on the right side so that you guys know what I am doing most of the time. Also I encourage you guys to try it out, it is pretty fun. And finally, I will change this post's format to weekly because I have failed to update it everyday. I'll try to post some short notices and news, we'll see.
And here is me with my Horde T-shirt. :)
Death Knight revealed
BIG news!!!
More Death Knight secrets has been revealed. As expected, players will be able to create Death Knight at level 55 however there will be no heroic chain quests involved in creating the Death Knight. Awww... People will only be able to create Death Knight if they meet these requirement:
- Player must have level 55 or above character in game to be able to create the Death Knight. Not sure whether or not you have to have the level 55 character on the realm you are going to create the Death Knight or not.
That's right, this is the only requirement, this seems a little bit odd because they are so many hype and people want to have a quest line in the creation of Death Knight. However, people will be completing a series of quests as Death Knight in EPL to learn the lore. It should be interesting. Death Knight will come with lots of abilities and Blizzard expect people to learn the class mechanism fairly fast if they already have level 55 characters. There will be the usual health bar and two additional bars.
- One is the rune stone bar which will act like rogue's energy bar.
Player will be able to put different combinations of six rune stones in these slots, when player use abilites, the rune stone will disappear but it will restore over a certain time just like rogue's energy bar.
- The other bar is the runic power bar, which generated by the use of rune based ability. The runic power bar act like Warrior's rage bar and there are skills that when use will deplete this bar.
Player will be able to put different combinations of six rune stones in these slots, when player use abilites, the rune stone will disappear but it will restore over a certain time just like rogue's energy bar.
All these mechanism looks very fun and exciting to play around with. However, I have a problem with the other limitations of creating the Death Knight. Blizzard said that each account will only be able to create one Death Knight. What if some players want to create Death Knight on their favorite realm but all the character slots were used up? Is Blizzad going to add more character slots? I yet haven't seen anybody raise this question but I think this is a very very important question to ask Blizzard.
Rumor has it that player will be able to create Death Knight with any race avaible, it's kind of hard for the Night Elves because look at the Night Elf Death Knight coloring I did. While Night Elf is already very dark skinned, a Night Elf Death Knight is even darker which looks very funny.
Enjoy! All these information can be found on WOWInsider, MMO-Champion, Gamespy and WorldofWar.net
Guild Meeting Summary
This week's guild meeting talked about replacing players who is not up to the standard. Basically, if you are messing around, you are out. Personally, I think it is a positive move to make us progress. According to WOWJUTSU.com, we are ranked 23rd on Kil'Jaeden server. It hasn't updated our new kills in Mount Hyjal and Black Temple but you see people, we are slowing moving into the top 20 guilds of Kil'Jaeden. We need to step up our games and make a name for ourselves. How did AG become so good and well know? Because their guild leader ran the guild like a Nazi concentration camp. They had the record of clearing MC in 8 hours. Of course it was a long time ago. When old honor system implemented in game, they had the most Grand Marshals. They work hard and we can too. Come on guys, lets shut Quog and Mistika down by make amazing progresses so that we can have peace in our ears. :P
On a short conversation prior to this meeting, Qbizzle has mentioned that we are going to become a hardcore raiding guild. So, get on and stay active. Do your heroics and get your badge gears(Hm... it is kind of ackward for me to say this since I haven't been doing it).
Moving on!
As you all know, the PTR server is back online because Blizzard want to do some "further testing"! However you look at it, I think Patch 2.4.2 is definitely going to live next week. Whether or not the Season 2 Arena gears will become avaiable to purchase with honor points and marks is unknow. I have saved up enough honor points to get me the sweet sweet Merciless Gladiator's War Staff. Talking about pvp, Qbizzle and crews have been participating in pre-made AV. If you would like to join them, please go to Curse and get the Preform AV Enabler.
Another thing that worth mention is this new site called LFG Armory which is a unofficial site like WOW Armory. The difference between the two site is that LFG Armory loads faster and it offers feature like pvp group forming and guild seeking but the data on it is a little bit behind because it has to grab data from WOW Armory. I tested it but I didn't notice any data lagging issue.
One last thing!
Two Chinese farmers were arrested by Chinese Police department, the charge is unfair revenue distribution. It is not because it is illegal for them to sell WOW gold but I am happy to see them getting prison time.
Alright, here concludes this week's guild meeting summary. Have fun in the game guys, I won't be able today. /cry
Rogue That Tanks
I don't know what to say guys, if a Rogue can tank Mother Shahraz, this tell you how felixable this game can be. So far, I have seen Warlock tank, Mage tank, but these tankings aren't real, the fight was designed so that these two classes can play the tank role. A ROGUE TANK?!?! That is coooool. I have seen Mookin tank bosses in heroic, it was impressive but not as impressive as this Rogue.
Remember her name, Alliance Rogue of Illidan server - Gaeowyn
Look at his dodge and defense rating.
A Few News
There are some news that you might missed when you look around the Web and here they are:
- Hunters pet's growl changed.
It is said that the growl will not scale based on pet's AP(attack power) but Hunters's AP. People were suspecting this change is a nurf to Hunterss. Personally I think it is a buff, take boar as an example, when boar charges(at level 60), it gives a 550 AP buff to its next attack, say if the boar has 500 AP, it means he now has 1050 AP, combine this first attack with growl scaling with 1050 AP, the pet has firm aggro of the mob. It was great, people loved it. Now, charge changed, the boar still gains 1050 AP at the first strike at the mob, but growl scales with the Hunterss AP now. That means if the Hunters doesn't have 1050 AP then growl will generate less aggro, it means the pet doesn't generate as much aggro on the mob as before. It is true but think of the whole fight, it is clear that over all, the pet growl will generate more aggro than before that is if Blizzard didn't change the threat generation formula a lot. Think about it, if a Hunters has 2808 AP like Jassindan. That is way more aggro than a boar's AP can bring.
- Zhevra Mount?!?!
Why do you want to do this to me Blizzard? Why the hell would you put a Zhevra mount in the game? If you really want to put something in the game, put a floating mount that can't fly, like a Spore Bat or something. Looks so much sweeter than a horse with horn. Am I freaking Hippolyta? NO! So don't put that stuff in the game.
- Weapon change.
As our economy going into a recession, the economy is World of Warcraft is going into another booming. Why? Because there will be twice the people that are going to make Fireguard, Drakefist Hammer, and The Planar Edge. As well as these weapon's final form, Blazefury, Dragonstrike, and Wicked Edge of the Planes. There are a lot of mats involved in making of these three epic weapons and now, they are one hand weapon and not unique anymore. Oh... I can imaging my skinny ass Druid being bashed by two Dragonstrikes. Instantly death for me. Such a buff to Warrior, maybe I should roll one too. kek.
- Priest new form.
This last bit of information is kind of sad for the holy Priests. A new spell for Priests - Holy Form but it only available to NPC in Sunwell... No doubt, with this spell, Priest can once again raise up and become the true healer of the raid. Don't be too depressed my fellow Priests because who knows whether or not Blizzard is going to put it in for the next expansion, right? Let's hope they will.

Consumer finally win once
I consider today a Consumer Victory Date because after 160,000 people's petition for the past few weeks, Microsoft has finally speaks out today that they will continue to sell Windows XP beyond the planned EOL day of June 30th, 2008. I am also proudly announcing that I am a proud participant of that movement.
To help the movement, Please sign the online petition HERE.

OK, back to WOW.
Today, I am bring you this new addon that are featured on WoWInsider. It is called Altaholic. It is an Ace addon which means it is probably very light weight addon. Anyway, here is the question. DO YOU HAVE AN ALT OR ALTS? If your answer is yes, then this is the addon for you. It has an AH (Auction House) looking interface that basically have all the information you need to know about your different alts on the server without logging on to them. Level, Bag space, Reputation, Skills, materials that you have on different toons, gold, and of course, the TOTAL HOURS YOU HAVE SPENT ON THIS GAME. Hmmm... this is an interesting one. It can even show you your other character's gears, their guild bank items. I believe this will make any WoW player who has alts' life much much easier. Enough said, you can read the original article HERE.
You can download Altaholic HERE.

PTR Patch Note Updated
PTR patch note just updated today, with some very very bad new for feral druids in Arena PVP. Hunter's scare beast will become instant cast with a range of 30 yards. It's not a warlock is not enough to mess with my fellow druids and now they are giving us another 20 seconds fear from Hunter. Well, I know Blizzard probably will shorten the fear duration to 10 seconds but still it is a long time. I dislike you Blizzard, you are bastard people.
Anyway, updated PTR patch note can be found HERE.

Summary of Apr, 22nd 2008 Guild Meeting
Meeting started at around 6PM server time, they've talked about a lot of stuff which I didn't hear for the first half of the meeting. (Sorry, I went to buy cough drops for my Mom and I, we have been coughing for the past 2 months. Ahhh... I wish there is really a cure spell for my cough.)
Anyway, from what I heard, I think the guild officers wanted to help those people like myself that aren't as active and those of us who has crappy gears to get some new gears from older instants like SSC, Gruuls, and TK. It will only happen on the non-raiding days as I heard. Core raiding members get repair reimbursement from the guild for helping fellow guildies in these raids. However, it is still encouraged for those under geared to run heroic level instances to get drop gears and badges gears.
The officers also addressed the guild spot issue that has caused some confusions. We are a raiding guild, we do want to see the end content of the Burning Crusades so the officers will give spots to those who has the most attendance and those who will benefit the raid the most. If two people are the same class have similar attendance records, the one who has more dps output, heal output, or skills will be chosen to raid. People who didn't get choose shouldn't be feeling down because they will get attendance if they stay online doing other stuff, in vent, on alt as long as officers knows about it. Spot is not given, it is earned. (Unfortunately, I lost mine due to my lack of participation for the past 9 months. :P And Qbizzle repeatly abuse me by saying my gears suck on vent. Horrible horrible comments. /cry)
Lastly, but not least, the officers also cleared how the loot is distrubuted. The loot will give to the person who will benefit the raid the most and attendance is a big factor as well. I think this is all that was mentioned. If people know what they talked about before 6:10PM server time, let me know and I'll add them.
Finally, lets say Good Bye to Bethelict. He was truly an amazing mage, the second best I've seen. Thank you for your hard working while you were with us. Good luck in your RL and come back if you miss us.
Make your World of Warcraft Beautiful at the cost of frame rate but not your greens!
Ah... Yes, you heard it right. I found a post on mmo-champion that lets players to enhance the graphics of World of Warcraft without breaking any banks. All you lose is some frame rate and we all know frame rate is for loooooosers. j/k
But seriously, look at the comparison below. It does make the graphics a lot better.

All you have to do is type in the below codes in the game. The post I mentioned also remommended to make a macro. Here it is:
/console groundEffectDensity 256
/console groundEffectDist 140
/console detailDoodadAlpha 100
/console horizonfarclip 2112
/console farclip 777
/console characterAmbient 0
/console smallcull 0
/console skycloudlod 3
Of course, there is a way to reverse these settings in case you need frame rate more than look. Here it is:
/console groundEffectDensity 16
/console groundEffectDist 1
/console horizonfarclip 1305
/console farclip 177
/console characterAmbient 1
/console smallcull 1
/console skycloudlod 1
/console detailDoodadAlpha 1
Have Fun with it. Ta Ta.
