Valley International Academy Merges with School of Choice

July 2009

We are excited to announce that The School of Choice has merged with Valley International Academy to build a school whose students "exemplify excellence, responsibility, and global citizenship in a supportive, exciting, and international environment that inspires critical thinking with an entrepreneurial spirit."

This Fall our continuing students will see a number of familiar faces from the former School of Choice, along with several new teachers and administrators. Together, we will be able to expand our academic and extra-curricular program and offer students individual attention with their college and career plans with guidance from our new college counselor. In addition, we will develop after-school athletic, environmental, and entrepreneurial programs, along with volunteer opportunities with both Silicon Valley and non-profit organizations. International (I-20) students will have the option of residing in a dormitory with meals included.
